I provide birth classes to individual couples and groups. Often birth classes are in my birth package, although they are optional. If you are interested in hosting a group, or having a birth class for just you and your partner- please contact me. We can come up with dates, times, and a general outline of what you'd like to learn about!
If you decide to host a birth class at your home (for friends, family, or advertise), the cost of the class will be waived for you.
I teach Natural Childbirth techniques.Incorporating comfort techniques, breathing patterns, For comfort, stablility, and peace of mind. Learning as much as you can about the process of birth can help you learn not to fear. Most women fear the unknown, together we can prepare you for anything that might happen. And also teach your partner things to do for you, so it's more comfortable for him.
